Field wiring does not terminate on the controller. J5 and J7 are 50-way 2.54 mm ribbon headers that connect to a JBD-50 breakout board, which presents each signal on a 3.5 mm screw terminal. The JBD-50 is a straight-through, one-to-one breakout.

JBD-50 designators. The breakout board’s own terminal blocks are designated J2 to J6 on that board. They have nothing to do with the controller’s J2 to J7. In the tables below, “J3 · 11” means terminal block J3, position 11, on the JBD-50.
