CMD-2ED-SA — 2-Axis Standalone Controller with Integrated Drivers

The CMD-2ED-SA is a 2-axis standalone motion controller with two integrated bipolar stepper motor drivers, supplied in a powder-coated aluminum enclosure. A Commander 2CR motion controller (microcontroller plus Nippon Pulse PCL6046 motion-control IC) is built onto the board, providing a compact, all-in-one solution for motion systems. It accepts commands over USB or RS-485, or runs a stored A-SCRIPT program with no host connected, and drives two stepper motors directly through two Toshiba TB67S128FTG microstepping drivers. Machine I/O, limits and the drivers are optically isolated from the controller. The CMD-2ED-SA is designed as a pin-compatible replacement for the PMX-2ED-SA (see the Migration Quick Guide).
