Overview
Commander Motion Controller Core
The Commander Motion Controller Core is the foundation of the Commander Ecosystem, NPA’s unified motion control platform. It is a self-contained, programmable, multi-axis motion controller that combines high performance with ease of use. You can design with it flexibly, it processes quickly, and it scales from prototype to production without any software rework.
The Core is a multi-axis hybrid IC built around the PCL6046 motion control LSI and an ARM microcontroller. Its compact size suits embedded designs, and it comes in 2-, 4-, and 8-axis versions.
This manual covers the mechanical dimensions and electrical connections of the Commander Motion Controller Core.
