            This command selects a primary Material for a scene object.


            IDNum&           - ID number of object

            MaterialID&       - is the ID (index) of the material. (0 to 999)

            MatFlag&          - material type flag

                                                0 - solid

                                                1 - multicolor-offsets

                                                2 - MaterialID& is a Palette
